Welcome to OTP Hub PK (otppak.com). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About Our Service

OTP Hub PK provides digital services including temporary phone numbers for OTP verification, email OTP services, virtual numbers, social-media related account services, and software tools. All services are digital and delivered online after successful payment / balance deduction.

2. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the laws of your country and with the terms of any third-party platforms you use.
3. Account Registration
  • You must provide accurate registration details (username, WhatsApp number, etc.).
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or chargebacks.
4. Deposits & Balance
  • You can top up your account balance using the payment methods shown on the Deposit page (e.g. EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or other listed methods).
  • Deposits are credited after verification. Fake or mismatched payment proofs may result in rejection and account restrictions.
  • Balance is non-transferable between users unless we explicitly allow it.
5. Service Purchase & Delivery
  • Prices are shown in PKR on the relevant service pages and may change without prior notice.
  • When you buy a service, the stated price is deducted from your balance and the digital service is delivered according to the Service Delivery Policy.
  • OTP numbers and codes are temporary. Availability depends on upstream providers and network conditions.
  • Some products (e.g. social accounts) may have limited active lifetime as disclosed on the product page. Purchase is at your own risk after reading the product description.
6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any illegal activity under Pakistani law or the laws of the country where you use the service.
  • Fraud, scams, identity theft, or harassment.
  • Spamming, bulk abuse, or automated attacks against third-party platforms.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt our systems.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Website design, logos, text, and software (except third-party components) belong to OTP Hub PK. You may not copy or resell our platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific success rates on every OTP request, or that third-party platforms will always accept a number or account. Upstream providers may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTP Hub PK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific purchase.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The latest version is always available on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
